There are several trails in the park that range from easy to difficult. Some are mostly flat ground to hiking on a ridge line above the river.

The ranger station at the park entry has an interior and exterior exhibit area. The park store area has the dinosaur models.

Waco Mammoth National Monument is where a small herd of mammoths were discovered. There is building over the dig site and the tours are in small groups and are guided.

The main track site. There are several large tracks in the river bed and can be accessed from a parking area. There are stepping stones to the tracks and depending on water levels, you may need to wade.
